To strengthen the management of the ChatU community and build a healthy and harmonious platform for talent display and appreciation, ChatU officially reserves the right to handle violations of content and behavior.
ChatU users must comply with both the relevant laws and regulations of the country they are in and the ChatU management rules. Otherwise, they will be penalized.
This agreement applies to community content including but not limited to live streaming, short videos, image and text content, etc.
ChatU official reserves the final interpretation right for all rules of this agreement.
Note: This guideline will be periodically updated based on the evolution of the ChatU community and platform.
Serious Violations
Prohibited behaviors that harm local public security, laws, etc., including but not limited to:
Endangering national security or harming national interests.
Inciting ethnic or racial hostility, hatred, or discrimination.
Insulting religious policies, disturbing social order, participating in illegal assemblies, or violating moral standards.
Destroying or insulting national religious policies, inciting religious division, promoting cults and feudal superstitions.
Spreading violence, terrorism, or inciting crimes.
Prohibited dissemination of terrorism, extremism, and war-related rhetoric.
Prohibited involvement in gambling activities.
Prohibited involvement in drugs.
Prohibited dissemination of content that endangers life safety.
Prohibited obscene and vulgar content, including but not limited to:
Direct exposure or depiction of private body parts.
Content that portrays or implicitly depicts sexual behavior, or contains provocative or insulting content.
Content that describes sexual behavior or processes with suggestive or provocative language.
Content where individuals are undressed or covering private parts with body limbs.
Content that invades personal privacy, such as wardrobe malfunctions, secret filming, and exposed points.
Content with vulgar and provocative titles designed to attract clicks.
Pornographic and socially harmful textual, audio, and video content that is banned by relevant authorities, including some edited movie clips.
Harmful information promoting one-night stands, wife-swapping, sexual abuse, etc.
Erotic animations, novels, etc.
Illegal advertisements for sexual products and STD treatments.
Malicious distribution of content violating others' privacy for pornographic purposes.
Links, images, and text promoting obscene and pornographic websites.
Involvement of sex toys, sexual health products, and advertisements.
Involvement of vulgar or pornographic tattoos.
Prohibited infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy violations, etc.
Prohibited promotion of competitors, recruiting behaviors, etc.
Prohibited fraudulent activities and illegal transactions on the platform.
Prohibited content that harms the interests of the official platform, such as competitor promotions, fraudulent advertisements, personal information, etc.
Prohibited infringement of others' legal rights, including but not limited to:
Disclosure of private information such as payment QR codes, phone numbers, ID cards, bank cards, passports, etc.
Infringement and impersonation of other streamers.
Streaming videos, recordings, text descriptions of other competing products.
Prohibited content that harms or infringes on minors, including but not limited to:
Content that harms the physical and mental development of minors, such as displaying early romantic relationships, marriage, and childbirth.
Content involving the chaos in "fandoms" of minors, such as excessive idol worship, fan consumption, etc.
Content disclosing minors' personal privacy, such as displaying sexual organs or revealing personal privacy.
Content involving minors being bullied or abused, such as campus violence, cyberbullying, social crimes, etc.
Content involving minors engaging in bad behavior, such as religious teachings, alcohol, smoking, cult animations, "toxic" culture, suicide attempts, etc.
Content involving the sexual enticement of minors, such as encouraging minors to shoot nude videos or engage in sexual misconduct.
Content that circumvents minors' protective regulations, such as inducing minors to stream, recharge, or reward.
Offering services that violate minors' rights, such as renting or selling game accounts, providing gaming companion services, and offering other illegal services disguised as "companion" or "coaching."
Note: We prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of content that incites the exploitation or abuse of minors. We will immediately delete such content and penalize the violating account. This includes all content related to child sexual abuse. If you find such content on the ChatU platform, please click the report button. If you find such content elsewhere on the internet, please contact the relevant authorities in your country/region directly.
We prohibit any content that could harm minors. This includes but is not limited to using the app to promote exploitative behavior towards minors, such as:
Inappropriate interactions with minors (e.g., touching or caressing).
Luring minors (e.g., contacting minors online for sexual purposes or exchanging pornographic photos).
Sexualization of minors (e.g., depicting, inciting, or promoting sexual abuse of minors or depicting minors in ways that may lead to sexual exploitation).
Sexual extortion (e.g., threatening or blackmailing minors with private photos).
Child trafficking (e.g., promoting or luring minors for commercial sexual exploitation).
Once content related to child sexual abuse is discovered on the platform, we will take appropriate measures, including reporting to relevant authorities (e.g., local police, child protection centers, NCMEC). If you believe a minor is in danger or being abused, exploited, or trafficked, please contact your local law enforcement.
General Violations
Prohibited smoking, drinking (including drunkenness or sleeping while intoxicated), and driving while streaming.
Prohibited slandering, insulting, harassing, teasing, or violating local laws or ChatU management rules.
Prohibited vulgar performances, actions, sounds related to sex, or obscene music, such as wearing underwear outside, exposing large areas of the chest or buttocks.
Note: Situations that are appropriate for the context, such as wearing swimwear while swimming, or men exercising or boxing without a shirt, are not considered violations.
Prohibited meaningless negative live streaming (e.g., long periods of idle streaming).
Prohibited infringement by rebroadcasting live performances or film programs.
Prohibited promotional commercial advertisements.
Film uploads: Avoid uploading content that is meaningless (e.g., dim lighting, blurry images), vulgar, disturbing, etc. The video length must not be less than 5 seconds, and video covers must not be monochrome or dull.
Punishment Measures
ChatU will assess the violations based on severity, duration, and other objective factors, and handle them accordingly, including but not limited to:
Restricting device logins
Restricting account logins
Restricting live streaming
Restricting profile modification rights
Restricting recommendations
Deleting violating content
Banning accounts
Deducting or freezing account wallet balances
Other necessary measures on the platform
Self-Appeal
Users who disagree with the penalties imposed by ChatU can appeal through customer service channels or the in-app appeal channel.
